Available in 1/2 hour and hour blocks on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Our massage therapists use a variety of techniques, specializing in deep muscle therapy.  The benefits of massage therapy vary from stress and tension relief to restoration from sports injuries.  Therapeutic massage improves your range of motion, provides headache and pain relief and helps with exercise and sport performance.  The benefits of massage can be experienced by nearly anyone, including athletes, pregnant women and the elderly.

Rehabilitation

We teach our patients special stretches and exercises designed just for them to help strengthen and correct their own unique problem. These stretches and exercises incorporate working on improving your posture. Some of the stretches and exercises may be performed in the comfort of your own home and can improve the effectiveness of your spinal correction by as much as 30-40%.

Exercises most often include the use of weights, therabands, exercise balls and tubing, and the Necksys System.
